Routine appointments with the doctors can generally be booked up to 6 weeks in advance. There are several ways to access a doctor at the surgery, through the triage system when a doctor will telephone you back, assess your problem and offer you an appropriate appointment/prescription. We also hold daily emergency clinics for very urgent problems as well.

We also have some early and late appointments during the week at 7.00am through to 7.45am and 6.30pm through to 7.45pm.

Nurse and health care assistant appointments are usually pre-booked and in order to give the appropriate amount of time in the appropriate clinic the patient will be asked for some indication as to the nature of the appointment.

The phones are very busy for the first hour of the morning and again in the first hour of the afternoon so we do ask patients who are calling for results or non urgent enquiries to call outside these times.
